This lakeside home won a ‘Best of the Lake’ award in the Lake Norman Homebuilder’s Association’s design competition, and was designed by Architect Jenni Pippin, and Interior Designer Tracie Johnson, from PTI Design. Jane recommended Riviera Beige limestone from Mexico for columns, pavers, surrounds, pool coping, exterior fireplace and other elements. Working with the professionals at Spivey Construction, and wonderful, engaged homeowners made the process incredibly rewarding.
